  • Cozy Orange Sweater Tunic

    October 31, 2016 /

Sweater Tunic  //  Express (similar)  //  Charlotte Russe, similar here (almost identical)  //  Similar Bag

    Happy Halloween!

I hope everyone got dressed up today (because I didn’t) haha. I don’t normally dress up for Halloween, I thought I would this year, but as we can see that didn’t happen. Instead, I am currently handing out candy, while watching Hocus Pocus (one of my favs!).

I am in love with this super affordable sweater tunic from Forever 21. It is so comfy and kept me warm this weekend since it rained and was super windy. The weather has gotten chilly and I am putting my boots to use. The boots are also affordable and since the ones I purchased are almost all gone, I linked some similar ones (almost identical) from Target for under $40 (there’s a $10 coupon on their site).

I also uploaded a new video on my YouTube channel! I shared with you guys some of my favorites for the Fall time with a Fall Tag. Go check it out HERE. I also shared with you guys that I am currently waiting for some items that I purchased so I could do a Fall Haul, but my order got lost :(. I will have to end up ordering some more pieces to complete the haul (bear with me) :).

    xoxo,
    Patty G.

  • Black on Black

    October 26, 2016 /

Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

SheIn Top  //  Forever 21 Choker  //  Forever 21 Bag (similar)  //  American Eagle Jeans (similar)  //  Lolashoetique Heels  //  TJMaxx Hat (similar here)

Who doesn’t love an all black outfit? It makes you look so edgy but if you drop the leather jacket and go for a more put together top it makes the outfit look 10x more glam. This off the shoulder top is also from SheIn and it is less than $12. I know the website can look a bit unbelievable with their affordable prices, but always look out for the reviews (those are so helpful)! I don’t always like to shop there because I have purchased items that were too small, but I share on the blog the pieces that I do recommend you check out.

Now these (Lolashoetique) heels are one of my favorite heels. I ordered them in two different colors awhile back. I was supposed to where them for graduation, but since that didn’t happen I have been wearing them as much as I could this summer and on date nights. They are a bit high for my taste, but seriously, aren’t all cute heels super high? 🙁 These heels can be a bit tight if you tighten up the lace, so make sure your feet have some wiggle room so they can breathe!

  • White Off-the-Shoulder Top

    October 22, 2016 /

Similar Hat  //  Top  //  Similar Jeans  //  Similar Boots

I have had this off the shoulder top in my closet for over two months, and finally decided to put together an outfit with it. It is so cute, and the lace makes it stand out more than the regular off the shoulder tops. It was so warm this weekend and this top would’ve been perfect for the weather, unlike today (so windy and cold). I would rather put pajamas on and snuggle haha.

On a side note– I was finally able to capture a picture of my porch. When I did the DIY wreath (post soon to come) the weather was so bad and my fake pumpkins even flew away :(. Hopefully the wind isn’t so bad so I can keep my pots and pumpkins outside. I should’ve gotten some real pumpkins and then I wouldn’t have that problem haha.

    xoxo,

    Patty G.

  • Simplicity with Leggings and Boots

    October 19, 2016 /

Denim Shirt // Ponte Pants (I bought them at their Factory store) //  Boots (similar)  //  Bag (similar)

I don’t know about you but I love being able to put an outfit together super quick and walk out the door. I love the ponte pants I’m wearing in this look because they are just like leggings but with a twist (they have pockets), and a little more fitted. I always saw ponte pants as “work appropriate” if you have some, you know what I mean :). Leggings at work can be kind of hard to wear unless you have a tunic. And denim tops always complete an outfit, whether you pair it with a skirt, leggings, or jeans; they’re just so diverse.

I’m sure i’m not the only that wears denim tops with leggings, 🙂 who doesn’t love this quick-go-to outfit? I know I do! If you pair it with a light brown hat then this outfit is complete 🙂

    xoxo,

    Patty G.

  • Printed Puffer Vest

    October 17, 2016 /

Long Sleeve | Target  // Puffer Vest| TJMaxx  //  Necklace | gift  //  Jeans | Nordstrom  //  Booties | old from CR (Almost identical here)  //  Bag | Forever 21

I am so excited for puffer vests, they are such a must for the fall and winter, and keep you so warm without having to wear a heavy jacket. I got even more excited when I found one at TJMaxx on their online store for under $30, and they still have some! I have wanted J.Crew puffer vests for so long but they were too pricey(~$100), and I didn’t want just one lol. So if you do the math I would have spent about $200 on only two. However, if you want this same vest and don’t want to purchase it at TJMaxx, J.Crew also has it on sale for $54 here, way better than the $100+ original price!

Now, let me talk about these booties 🙂 I am so in love with them. I purchased them last year but rarely got a use out of them (I’m not sure why). They are so comfortable and I was excited to find almost identical ones to the ones I purchased for an affordable price as well. If you want them go ahead and click here.

    xoxo,

    Patty G.
