Research Overview
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Management at the University of Texas at Arlington. My research examines the intersection of employee well-being, diversity, and identity management in the workplace. I explore how factors such as race, gender, motherhood, and organizational support shape workplace experiences, leadership perceptions, and career advancement.
I focus on how inclusive leadership and work-family policies affect marginalized employees and how individuals manage their identities across various contexts. My work is grounded in organizational behavior, diversity and inclusion, and applied psychology, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to generate practical and impactful insights.
