Patricia Guerrero is a Ph.D. Candidate in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Arlington, focusing on work-family dynamics and employee well-being. Her dissertation explores how motherhood and racioethnicity influence workplace perceptions.
Education:
Patricia holds a Ph.D. in Management (expected 2026) from the University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA in Entrepreneurship (2018), and a B.S. in Information Systems (2016) from the University of Nevada, Reno.

She is a Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholar (2023-2024) and has received the Maverick Merit Fellowship and the Spirit Award from the Management of Doctoral Student Association.
